Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that will drive our business forward. The Business Analyst will work closely with various departments within the company to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business data including sales marketing and financial data to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators and measure business performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats

- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies

- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations for streamlining operations

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a business analysis role preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices is a plus
