Job Title: Physical Therapist
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $41-50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. There will also be a weekend rotation schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans
- Administer various physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients mobility strength and range of motion
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their therapy at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
