PROJECT MANAGER

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating successful projects for our clients. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the planning execution and completion of various real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with clients and team members

- Oversee and manage all phases of the project ensuring it is completed within the established timeline and budget

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Communicate project updates and progress to clients stakeholders and team members

- Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Review and approve project proposals contracts and change orders

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes

- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies

- Manage and mentor project team members providing guidance and support as needed

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles practices and techniques

- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion

- PMP certification is a plus
