Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle a variety of tasks including responding to inquiries resolving complaints and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Stay up-to-date on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
