Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries maintaining accurate records and communicating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries providing timely and professional assistance

- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

- Provide information and guidance to customers regarding our services and products

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
