Position: Call Center Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle a high volume of incoming calls from clients and potential clients
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services properties and any inquiries they may have
- Schedule appointments and property showings for our agents
- Follow up with clients and potential clients via phone and email to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain and update client information in our database
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the call center
- Meet and exceed call center performance goals and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work full-time including some evenings and weekends
