Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving our companys technological infrastructure systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and analyze the companys current technological infrastructure systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our systems and processes including recommending and implementing new technologies.

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity.

- Conduct regular system audits and security checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise providing timely and effective solutions.

- Train and support employees on the use of new technologies and systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation in the company.

- Develop and maintain documentation for all systems and processes.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various operating systems databases and programming languages.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proven experience in project management and implementing new technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Knowledge of real estate industry and property management software is a plus.
