Location

This is an on-site role based in Hanover PA with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must have a bachelors degree or higher in Finance or Accounting along with proven Controller Accounting Manager or senior accounting leadership experience.

Job Description

• Manage the companys accounting and finance functions to ensure accuracy compliance and timely reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets forecasts and operational reports
• Oversee general ledger account reconciliations AR AP invoicing expense reports and proper transaction coding
• Monitor cash flow banking activity AR aging customer credit vendor relationships and payment processes
• Ensure revenue recognition GAAP compliance internal controls and adherence to company procedures
• Partner with senior leadership the CFO and corporate accounting to provide financial insight and support business decisions
• Assist with ERP and accounting system maintenance process improvements and reporting efficiencies
• Coordinate tax reporting with outside consultants and support year-end audit procedures
• Manage fixed assets financial records and key accounting documentation
• Lead support and develop a team-first continuous improvement focused accounting function

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Proven experience as a Controller Accounting Manager Assistant Controller or similar senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting reconciliations AR AP and general ledger management
• Experience leading accounting operations in a manufacturing industrial distribution service equipment or similar business environment preferred
• ERP or financial management software experience required Epicor 21 experience is a plus
• Strong analytical leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy accountability and attention to detail
