Pay: $18$25/hr. DOE

Schedule: Full-Time Steady Overtime Available (typically 56 days/week 12-hour shifts)

About the Role

Asgard Resources is hiring a Scale House Operator/Coordinator to support our frac sand operations in Bainville MT.

This role is primarily indoors in the scale house and focuses on coordinating truck traffic processing load tickets and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

If youre organized detail-oriented comfortable working with computers and able to communicate professionally with drivers and team members this could be a great fit.

Youll play an important role in helping the plant run smoothly and efficiently during night shift operations.

What Youll Do

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems
• Create and process load tickets with accurate order driver and weight details
• Communicate with drivers dispatch and operations teams
• Enter and maintain records with a high level of accuracy
• Monitor loadout activity and report discrepancies or issues as needed
• Help maintain an organized and professional scale house environment
• Provide professional communication and customer service to drivers and team members

What Were Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and performing data entry
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous scale house logistics dispatch administrative or industrial experience is a plus
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and team members by phone text radio and other communication systems
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed
