Job Description:
If you are a technical professional with experience in building automation controls or refrigeration systems looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you!You will play a critical role in supporting refrigeration andcontrolssystems that power food retail and commercial this role you will provide technicalassistance troubleshooting and support for customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of refrigeration and control systems.
Youllcollaborate closely with field technicians engineers and customershelping diagnose issuesdevelopsolutions andimprovesystem performance. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys guiding others through technical challenges and ensuring reliable system operation this is the role for you!
AS ASUPPORT CENTER TECHNICIANYOU WILL:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technicalassistancerelated to refrigeration and control systems.
Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve issues involving compressors valves controls and refrigerant circuits.
Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
Maintainaccuraterecords of support requests troubleshooting steps and solutions provided.
Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position follows standard business hours with participation in a rotating on-call schedulerequired.
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
2 years of experience in BAS BMS or facilitycontrolssystems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical orcontrolssystems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers technicians and engineers.
Availability toparticipateina weeklyon-call rotation.
PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience with food retail case controllers.
Previousfield or contractor installation experience.
Proficiencyin reading and troubleshooting electrical prints and communications systems.
