Whats the role

Youll play a key role supporting Global Transaction Services (GTS) clients across their banking journey working closely with Transaction Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers. Based in Melbourne this is a full-time opportunity where youll help keep client portfolios running smoothly coordinate internal processes and support pricing risk and documentation activities.

Your focus will be on supporting portfolio activity and deal management through proactive team engagement end-to-end deal lifecycle coordination pricing solutioning and internal approvals while partnering closely with Transaction Relationship Managers to progress new business and transformation opportunities.

Were looking for someone that knows how to deliver and own outcomes the curiosity and ability to work with clients and advocate for their needs and a growth mindset to keep learning in a fast-paced transaction banking landscape.

What do I need

Youll enjoy working in a fast-paced client-focused role and have strong attention to detail. Youll also bring:

  • Knowledge of transaction banking or client servicing environments ideally from an institutional bank.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal stakeholders to earn credibility quickly build trust influence outcomes and build thriving relationships.
  • Ability to create compelling customer value propositions and help shape solutions using your knowledge of relevant industry trends and the transaction banking landscape.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to coordinate and deliver both independently and through teamwork.
  • Experience using tools like Excel PowerPoint and internal systems to manage information.
