Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Trainer to support the development and performance of sales teams through impactful training this role you will deliver sales product process and system training to enhance team productivity customer engagement and overall sales performance.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and operational teams to identify training needs improve sales effectiveness and ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to succeed.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions focused on sales processes systems and customer engagement.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain training materials guides and learning resources.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and business training needs.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives across sales operations.
  • Conduct refresher training and upskilling sessions when required.
  • Track and report training attendance progress and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated on sales strategies tools and industry best practices.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is Mandatory. Any other langauge is strong advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training customer service or related roles.
  • Strong sales background with the ability to engage and influence audiences confidently.
  • Experience in high-volume sales or calling environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches for different audiences and learning styles.
  • Interest in AI tools and technology to improve sales support and training processes is a plus.
