Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development / Account Manager to join our clients team in this role you will be responsible for driving lead generation activities managing customer accounts developing client relationships and supporting sales growth within a B2B environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in customer service sales or account management and is comfortable engaging with clients handling outbound activities and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate and qualify leads within a B2B sales environment.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and customer engagement activities.
  • Support sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage account planning and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with customers through phone email and virtual meetings.
  • Consistently achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English is mandatory for the role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service sales IT sales or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of account management experience.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
  • SaaS sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Confident in cold-calling and engaging with new customers.
  • Strong business communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
