Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for end-user devices and related hardware.
- Administer and maintain the companys Mail Server Windows Server and File Server systems.
- Support the configuration operation and maintenance of the Domain Controller.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Participate in on-site support and training sessions at client locations when required.
- Location: D9/Cu Chi HCMC
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory Office 365 and ticketing systems.
- CCNA MCSA or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
- Solid foundation and working experience in IT Systems.
- Good communication skills in English.
