Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn local job boards and professional networks.
- Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills cultural fit and English proficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Guide candidates through the interview process ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Market Insight: Provide local expertise on the São Paulo talent market and salary benchmarks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Brazil (to leverage local networking).
- Languages: Fluent/Advanced Portuguese and English is a must. (Native Portuguese is expected).
- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (Technical or Generalist) preferably in a freelance or agency environment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent our brand effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
