Market Insight: Provide local expertise on the São Paulo talent market and salary benchmarks.
Requirements
Location: Must be based in Brazil (to leverage local networking).
Languages:Fluent/Advanced Portuguese and English is a must. (Native Portuguese is expected).
Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (Technical or Generalist) preferably in a freelance or agency environment.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent our brand effectively.
Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
