备件与工装管理技术员
主要职责
备件管理
- 建立并维护备件台账物料编码规格型号适用设备安全库存最小订购量
- 执行入库检验分类储存标签管理与库区 5S定期盘点确保账实相符98%
- 依据 PM/TPM 计划与故障趋势制定采购需求跟踪关键备件交期防止断料
工装维修与维护
- 建立工装资产台账编号规格工序寿命保养/校准周期责任人
- 执行工装点检清洁润滑紧固精度检查等保养对轻微损坏工装进行修复与调整
- 管理工装借用/归还/报修流程对需要外修或报废的工装进行流程闭环
- 对量具及检具实施校准提醒与状态追踪确保校准及时率
系统与合规
- 在 ERP/CMMS 中维护备件与工装主数据出入库/维修/报废记录确保审计可追溯
- 遵循 ISO9001 /IAAS等体系要求配合内外部审计与年度资产盘点
- 执行安全规范与 LOTO保障设备与人员安全
- 数据分析与持续改善
- 按月输出库存准确率断料率周转率呆滞金额工装可用率校准及时率等报表
- 结合维修与备件数据进行 RCCA提出降本与可靠性提升方案含工装标准化与寿命延长
任职资格
- 大专及以上学历机械/机电/自动化/工业工程等相关专业优先
- 有物料管理及文员工作经验者优先
- 熟悉 ERP/CMMS如 SAP与 Excel具备数据规范化意识
- 良好的沟通协作问题分析与持续改善能力重视安全与合规
