Job Summary
Looking to launch a driving career without starting from scratch on your own American Driver runs Midwest regional freight and we are building our team with new CDL holders. If you completed your training at an accredited school and hold a valid Class A CDL we want to hear from you.
Pay & Bonuses
- Starting pay at $0.56 CPM with performance-based increases
- Average weekly pay of $1250 to $1550
- Stop layover and breakdown pay on top of your mileage
- $300 orientation bonus
- Automatic pay review at the six month mark
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

The Freight
- Dry van you never touch the load
- Drop and hook on approximately 60% of runs
- Midwest regional lanes with strong year-round freight volume
- Consistent weekly mileage of 2200 to 2600 miles
Home Time
- Home time available weekly or bi-weekly depending on freight and lanes

Your Equipment
- 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth late model well maintained
- APU on every truck in the fleet
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- No major violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Must clear pre-employment drug screening
