Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager (Executive Risk)

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join a Executive Risk this role you will assist in servicing commercial property and casualty insurance accounts while providing technical support to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $55000 - $72000 annually ($25 - $32 per hour) based on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Responsibilities

  • Prepare draft applications coverage bound letters cancellations schedules of insurance proposals and documentation for new accounts in Sagitta.
  • Review and process various insurance documents including invoices (excluding Surplus Lines invoices and filings) applications endorsements certificates and general correspondence.
  • Identify and address policy discrepancies collaborating with Account Managers to ensure accuracy in Sagitta or initiating necessary policy changes.
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic account files using the Image Right Document Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures to prevent errors and omissions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required.
    • Working knowledge of Executive Risk and Commercial lines of coverage preferred.
    • Experience with EPIC systems is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level).
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to occasionally stand walk and stoop.
    • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
