What Youll Do:
- Provide support to guest service leaders and the entire hotel team.
- Maintain a positive supportive environment that drives colleague engagement every day.
- Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests.
- Live like a local. Knowledge of the neighborhood and city.
- Think on your feet use good judgement and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What Were Looking For:
- You are working toward a degree in business hospitality management or a related field.
- Some experience working in a hotel food and beverage or customer service preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service. This enthusiasm will be apparent from speaking with you.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation to your property.
- Open availability required. Must be prepared to work various shifts (for example: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm weekdays weekends and holidays).
When Youre Here:
Sometimes youll be behind the deskbut also be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds walking bending/twisting climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
