• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media email and in-gym promotions
• Research market trends and local competition to help shape strategy
• Create engaging content for social media newsletters and promotional materials
• Support events activations and community outreach initiatives
• Track campaign performance and provide insights on whats working
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh high-energy marketing ideas
• Help maintain and update website content
• Contribute in team meetings and bring creative ideas to the table

• Current high school or college student interested in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Strong communication skills (written verbal)
• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools
• Creative proactive and passionate about sports/fitness
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting
• Organized detail-oriented and reliable
• Experience in marketing content creation or school projects is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic design tools
