About the role

At Abbott Nutrition we are committed to helping people live healthier lives through sciencebased nutrition. We are looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to strengthen our commercial performance by driving dataled decisionmaking across our sales organization.
In this senior individual contributor role you will use advanced analytics and planning expertise to forecast demand optimise sales force deployment and improve effectiveness across channels and categories. You will lead complex highimpact projects challenge established approaches where needed and develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity coverage and cost efficiency.
You will also act as a subjectmatter expert within Commercial Excellence providing guidance and oversight to analysts and partnering closely with crossfunctional stakeholders.

What you will do

Sales force planning & demand forecasting

  • Estimate future demand by defining tracking and analysing key market and commercial drivers
  • Translate demand forecasts into sales force sizing territory design and deployment recommendations
  • Support category and channel decisionmaking through robust analytical models and insights

Resource allocation & effectiveness

  • Plan and optimise sales force resources in line with approved demand and commercial priorities
  • Ensure optimal coverage capacity and capability mix across territories and channels
  • Balance performance outcomes with cost efficiency and operational constraints

Performance & delivery optimisation

  • Monitor the delivery of commercial activities with a strong focus on time and cost efficiency
  • Optimise operating models and contractual frameworks to improve sales force productivity
  • Identify risks inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement

Advanced analytics & project leadership

  • Lead or contribute to highly complex or specialised Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives
  • Adapt existing methodologies and where required design new analytical approaches
  • Deliver clear actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Collaboration & analyst supervision

  • Supervise and support other analysts in their daytoday activities
  • Share best practices tools and standards across the Commercial Excellence community
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment

Who you are

Education

  • Associates Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Economics Analytics Engineering or a related field

Experience & expertise

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Sales Operations Commercial Excellence or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong background in planning forecasting and commercial performance optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage complex ambiguous and nonstandard analytical challenges
  • Experience working with analytical models planning tools and CRM / ERP systems
  • Comfortable operating as a senior expert while guiding and supervising other analysts
