We are looking for a Sales Manager Water & Pumping Solutionsto join our team inPoland withinternational travel.
This is amarkethunterrole focused on actively developing newbusiness opening new markets and winning projects in thewater pumping and OEM segments.
Key responsibilities day to day
Drive sales growth ofcables for submersible and surface pumps water treatment systems and water supply infrastructure
Activelyacquirenew customers inPoland and international markets
Develop sales with OEM s customers with focus on pump manufacturers and pump system integrators.
Enternew saleschannels and countries building distribution networks from scratch
Create and manage a strongsales pipeline including lead generation and forecasting
Manageproject and investment sales(e.g.water supply infrastructure wastewater treatment plants irrigation systems)
Negotiatecommercial terms and contractswith customers
Cooperate closely with technical teams oncableselectionand application support
Support customers ondrinking water standards certifications and approvals
Visit customersparticipateintrade fairs and buildlongtermbusiness relationships
Key challenges in this role
Opening new markets and customer relationships with limited existing footprint
Winningprojectbasedandinvestmentdrivensalesin competitive tenders
Managing technically complex products without being an engineer
Building credibility quickly with OEMs and infrastructure stakeholders
You are the right fit if you have
Experience & technical background
Minimum5 years of B2B sales experiencein one of the following industries:
Pumps and pumping systems
Water & wastewater infrastructure
Electrotechnical products or cables
Valves fittings or industrial automation
Technical or industrial distribution
Strong advantage if you have experience in:
OEM sales
Water pumping and OEM segmentsortenderdrivenenvironments
Technical & market understanding
Understanding ofsubmersible sewage and water pump applications
Knowledge ofwater installationsand infrastructure requirements
Familiarity withdrinking water certifications and approvals
Understanding ofinfrastructure tender processes
Languages
Polish nice to have
English minimum B2/C1 (daily working language)
