We are seekingaProject Managerto join our growing teamin Medford Albany Newport or Coos Bay this role you will provide leadership and experience to drive the planning design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects. What Youll Do:

• Lead design for the rehabilitation or replacement of municipal infrastructure including treatment pump stations storage water distribution wastewater collection and stormwater systems
• Troubleshoot infrastructure system operations and develop plans and recommendations for operational improvements
• Oversee mechanical systems design (treatment facilities pump stations etc.) including electrical and structural components
• Manage subcontractors that provide ancillary services for projects including geotechnical environmental cultural survey and other services as needed
• Manage project bidding and award contractor coordination construction oversight project financing including funding agency reimbursement and project closeout services
• Support clients to identify funding sources and coordinate applications for funding
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers
• Guide small and underfunded utility providers to modernize aging infrastructure
• Manage project delivery and meet client needs and expectations

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineeringor a related field
• PE Registration inOregonor the ability to obtainanOregonLicense within 1 year
• 10 years of experience in municipal infrastructure
• Proven leadership in infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordination
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and practical field experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
• Previous experience leading and mentoring junior staff

Salary Range:

At Verdantas we offer comprehensive benefits packages for our employees. Actual salary is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate such as geographic location skills and certifications.We recognize and reward exceptional performance and strive to ensure fair compensation across all roles and departments within the company. The minimum salary for this position is $110000 (negotiable based on the criteria presented above).
