Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing routine landscaping services and ensuring high-quality outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Mow edge and trim lawns
- Prune shrubs hedges and small trees
- Weed garden beds and apply mulch
- Clean up debris leaves and clippings
- Operate landscaping equipment (mowers trimmers blowers)
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as spring/fall cleanups
- Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites or shop
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work well on a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience
- Experience using commercial landscaping equipment
- Valid drivers license (chauffeur or CDL a plus)
