One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Front-End Days schedule in Webster City. Work three consecutive daytime shifts while building a meaningful career that supports both your life and the lives of others.
What Youll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care meals and housekeeping
- Assist with medication self-administration
- Transport individuals to appointments errands and community activities
- Complete accurate documentation and support person-centered goals
What You Need
- Must be 18 with a High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Basic computer and communication skills
