In this role youll work closely with our Head of P2P and your team of 20 members to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time build strong relationships with our valued vendors and help us keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of over 20 employees both directly and indirectly ensuring high performance engagement and continuous development.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations proactively resolving issues and escalating when needed to maintain service quality and business continuity.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dauch policies internal controls and governance standards.
  • Drive strong alignment and collaboration between the Global Business Services AP team and local business units fostering effective communication and partnership.
  • Monitor and actively manage backlog ensuring timely resolution and continuous process efficiency.
  • Ensure payment runs are executed accurately and in line with predefined schedules and controls.
  • Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow forecasting supporting business planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee key control areas including GRNI debit balances and supplier reconciliations ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Ensure adequate support is in place to meet Month End Close deadlines maintaining timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Guarantee the reliability and integrity of weekly and monthly reporting outputs.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of tools systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define and execute training and development plans for the team ensuring continuous capability building.
  • Lead coach and develop team members through regular 1:1 meetings feedback and performance management practices.

Who You Are:

Youre someone who brings both expertise and heart to your work. You have:

  • 5 years of Accounts Payable experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Highly organized results-oriented and reliable
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing people
  • The ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and championing continuous enhancement
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in a complex fastmoving environment
  • Global Business Services or Shared Service Centre experience
