Sandoz Nordics Supply Planning department is in search for a student assistant to contribute to our supply chain activities. If you are curious and eager to learn apply now and embark on a journey together with a fantastic Supply Planning Launch and Portfolio team!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare and maintain weekly SAP & BI reports
Provide support for Master Data updates
Manage tasks related to Lifecycle management
Extend new GMDs in SAP and request necessary data
Create Gx QEM actions and follow up on them
Support with ad hoc tasks primarily data and analytics related
Handle narcotic drug licenses in accordance with Authority guidelines and GxP practices
Support and adhere to GDP and GxP standards at all times

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be described on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if:
You are studying bachelor in pharmacy supply chain operations management or related fields
Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
Fluent communication skills in English spoken as well as written
Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel)
Able to clearly communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders
You are able to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well organized with an eye for details
