This role contributes to the design and delivery ofAI-enabled and data-led improvementsacross the Chief Risk Office (CRO) supportingefficiency automationandstandardisationwithin Risk. With a primary focus onCredit Risk processes you will work closely with stakeholders toscrutinize current-state workflowsidentifyimprovement opportunities anddesign build document andmaintainfully working automation solutionsincludingAI prompts agenticflowsand Microsoft 365based automation.
You will gain exposure to advanced analytics and practical AI use cases in Risk helping toenhancehow risk teamsoperatewhile ensuring solutions arerobust transparent and well-governed.

Your key responsibilities
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives in Risk contributing to analysisdesignand implementation activities
Perform detailed analysis of Risk processes dataflowsand systems toidentifyimprovement opportunitiesand automation solutions
Contribute to the development ofsolutionsusing Python Microsoft 365 suite (includingPower Apps/Automate)CoPilotand otherArtificial Intelligence (AI)/Large Language Model (LLM)tools
Support stakeholder engagement across Risk Technology and Data teams
Assistin preparing materials for senior stakeholders including progress updates and recommendations
Support change and adoption activities to embed new processes and tools
Your skills and experience
SolidPython skills coupled withautomationknowledgeinMicrosoft365 suite including CoPilotPowerApps/Automate.
Strong analytical skills with an interest in data advancedanalyticsand AI applications
Experience in Risk Credit Risk transformation analytics or change delivery within financial servicesdesirable
Exposure to Cloud technologiesautomationor data platforms desirable
Ability to structure problems analyse processes and contribute to solution design
Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment
