Description
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with key HR functions including onboarding and employee support. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent maintain a strong candidate experience and support HR operations in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of active and passive talent
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Process onboarding activities and maintain I-9 and employee records within the HRIS
- Provide administrative support for HR processes and employee-related activities
- Coordinate logistics for HR and recruiting-related events
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Promote a positive employer brand and deliver a high level of customer service to candidates and employees
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting and HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- 3 years of talent acquisition and/or HR experience
- Construction industry or agency recruiting experience preferred
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent communication relationship-building and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Minimal travel required
