WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Manufacturing Engineering Intern supportsdaytodayproduction operations continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects that enhance safety quality and efficiency. This role is ideal for a student who enjoyshands-onproblemsolving data analysis and learning how products move from design tofullscalemanufacturing.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Assistmanufacturing engineers with process development optimization and documentation

• Collect and analyze production data toidentifytrends bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

• Supportroot causeanalysis and corrective action activities for quality or process issues

• Create or update standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and visual aids

• Participate in time studies workflow mapping and ergonomic assessments

• Help design ormodifytooling fixtures and equipment under engineer supervision

• Collaborate withcross functionalteams including production quality maintenance and supply chain

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies

• Assistwith equipment validation testing and implementation of new processes

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Education

• Currently pursuing aBachelors Degree In Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T concepts

• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks Creo or similar) is a plus

• Comfortable working in ahands-onmanufacturing environment

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Curiosity initiative and a willingness to learn
