Job Description

Elastomers Australia are currently seeking an experienced and professionalService Supervisorto join and support our growing team in Perth. The main focus isto coordinate and supervise daily activities of work crews both on and off site (mine site) to ensure compliance with internal client and legislative OHS / training requirements are met.

Duties

• Execution of mine site work as per approved planning of scope of work specifications.

• Provideinstruction monitoring and feedback to the team.

• Plan for and anticipate change on mine sites internally and externally.

• Manage and escalate performance related concerns to management.

• Communicatewith our client mine sitecontactsat all times and have the knowledge to deliver feedback and recommendations regarding the equipment and service of screen media systems.

• High quality service documentation to be completed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating service / maintenance activities on mine sites is desirable

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role

• Strong communication planning and time management skills

• Ability to think on your feet and rectify issues as they arise

• Ability to lead and supervise service crews

• Strong computer skills (Outlook and Microsoft Office)

• Ability to travel to various sites on a regular basis

• Confined Spaces Gas Test Atmospheres and Working at Heights Tickets (Desirable)

• Current mine site inductions

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor (S26)
