Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in Risk Management and Risk Control to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while proactively identifying assessing and mitigating risks to maintain alignment with scope schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects across cross-functional teams
• Establish and implement risk management frameworks including identification assessment mitigation and monitoring of risks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and deliverables
• Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation and contingency strategies
• Ensure adherence to governance compliance and audit requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders business leaders and technical teams to align on project goals and outcomes
• Utilize tools such as Jira MS Project and ServiceNow for planning tracking and reporting
• Drive execution across Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
• Provide regular status updates dashboards and risk reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field
• 8 years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management
• Strong expertise in Risk Management Risk Assessment and Risk Control frameworks
• Proven track record of managing large-scale complex technology projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
• Experience with governance compliance and audit processes
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 CSM or PSM
• Experience working in regulated industries (Banking Financial Services Healthcare etc.)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or IAM risk frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
• Experience with data-driven reporting dashboards and analytics tools
