Job Summary
PAY RANGE: $19.50 - $20 per hour (Depending on years of experience)ââ

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.
Work Schedule:ââ Saturday and Sunday 3 PM- 11 PM.
A Day in the Life:âââ
Youll spend your days assisting with care to a group of people who enjoy:ââââ
- Listening to musicâ
- Watching TV
- Going for a walk
- Being out in nature
- Putting together puzzles
This group is looking for someone who is kind dependable a good communicator and most of allsomeone who enjoys spending time with them. If youre someone who takes joy in building real connections and being present in the moment youll thrive here.âââ
How Youll Support:âââ
- Support with daily routines such as bathing dressing and personal care in a way that promotes dignity independence and choice.âââ
- Support people in preparing meals of their choice encouraging healthy eating habits and maintaining a clean and comfortable kitchen environmentwhile promoting independence and personal preferences.ââ
- Be patient and respectful in action and speakingââ
- Advocate for each persons rights and help build their confidence and sense of selfâââ
- Keep clear respectful records to ensure continuity of care and supportâââ
Minimum Requirements:âââ
- Must be at least 21 years oldâââ
- Valid drivers license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 pointsâââ
- Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairsâââ
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds stand for long periods and provide physical assistance when neededâââ
- Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)âââ
