About the Role
Hello Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time hybrid Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern Colorado. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct assessments and therapy services in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings documentation planning and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.This is a great opportunity for OTs looking for flexibility autonomy and a supportive team environment while still making a meaningful impact in schools.

What Youll Do
- Provide school-based OT evaluations treatment and consultation services
- Conduct standardized assessments and complete evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams teachers and families
- Support students fine motor sensory and functional skill development
- Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate
- Complete documentation planning progress notes and compliance tasks remotely
- Adapt materials and environments to improve student access and participation
What Were Looking For
- Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license
- Colorado CDE SSP certification (or ability to obtain)
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
