I . Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive Managed Accounts supports one-time Shred-it (information destruction) sales related activity for High revenue generating accounts. This includes corporate Account Manager Book of Business Accountsboth commercial and healthcare in nature. The ISAM will be managing sales activity up to and including but not limited to one time information destruction of paper uniforms hard drives x-rays and various other materials of a confidential nature. Inside Sales Executive Managed Accounts will sell one time information destruction services to existing customers new customers add additional sites and services to existing customer. Accounts and leads are assigned by the partnered Account Managersbooks of business. Appointments are self-generated though lead generation activities within each AMs books of business (Outbound dials inbound dials email request referrals and customer experience cases). Leads can also come from marketing campaigns and virtual prospecting via video conferencing.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Activity - Conducts inbound and outbound sales calls to high revenue Account Manager Book of Business selling Shred-it one time information destruction services. Manage assigned customer accounts and provide customer solutions through one timedestruction agreements. Maximize revenueand profit margin of existing customers. Effectively utilizes consultative selling strategies to achieve assigned revenue and quota goals.
Support Activity Providing account maintenance and first level customer support. Coordinate and resolve customer issues or needs through a Customer Account Services representative and or local transportation office. Build rapport and customer relationships with clients in the National Account Managers Book of business.
Tracking Activity Maintain customer profiles and account records. Maintains customer information utilizing a technology basedCRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for lead follow-up sale cycle disposition pipeline management forecasting and lost opportunity tracking to within 10% of actual results. Keeping a comprehensive and accurate commission log that will be verified and used for monthly commission payouts.
Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key expectations within assigned parameters including number of outbound calls close rates average order size and task management activities (i.e. sales cycle pipeline and case management). Track details and results for all leads opportunities issuesand losses.
III. Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
In Sales/Marketing or the equivalent in related work experience.
Experience in Sales/Marketing related work experience demonstrating the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts.
The expected base pay hourly range for this hydrid position across the U.S. is $25.12- $29.35. This rangerepresents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may beinfluenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certificationsqualifications and work location.
