TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site in Tulsa OK is looking for a Fin Machine Operator for our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations. Fin Machine Operator is responsible to run machinery to produce daily customer orders on designated product lines.
Perform the operation of machines on designated product lines according to the production schedule
Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running Perform basic troubleshooting of problems during machine operation
Ensure all safety devices and guards are fully operational and that safety procedures are being observed
Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output
Create and maintain activity/job logs as required
Record all production performance counts downtime and other quality or production related information as required
Meet specified production performance targets
Participate in production process improvement efforts.
Requirements
Able to work 4x10 work shift Monday through Thursday typically 3pm to 1:30am
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent manual dexterity accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly
Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
Ability to read blueprints and manuals; Knowledge of GD&T preferred
Basic mathematical skills
Physical stamina and strength to be on feet during full length of shift and lift up to 40 lbs
Critical Cause and Effect analytical abilities. (i.e. If I do this that will happen.)
Working knowledge of shop safety protocols
Experience with Robinson and/or Voss fin machines preferred
Must have reliable transportation
