Job Description Summary
Serve as an overnight camp counselor staff at the summer music camp. Monitor residential spaces enforce camp policies and ensure campers safety and well-being. Assist with daily operations including check-in/check-out evening activities and morning transitions while responding to camper needs and concerns.
Responsibilities
Supervise campers and ensure safety well-being and adherence to camp policies and expectations by monitoring spaces enforcing curfews/lights out and conducting routine check-ins. Supporting enforcement of dorm and camp policies in a consistent and professional manner Assist with and support key operational tasks such as check-in / check-out process and keycard issues Assist with evening camp activities to support camper engagement and community Respond to emergencies and report incidents and communicate relevant information to supervisors in a timely manner Other Related Duties as Assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to complete minor training and live scan Experience working and communicating with people from various cultural social economic and educational backgrounds. Ability to collaborate with campus partners and follow institutional policies and procedures (including Title IX awareness)
