• Asistir activamente a los Diestros y supervisores en proyectos de reparación estructural cimentaciones y construcción especializada.
• Realizar tareas de construcción general bajo supervisión como preparación de áreas demolición controlada y manejo de materiales.
• Aprender el uso correcto y seguro de herramientas y equipos manuales eléctricos y motorizados.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia ordenada y segura.
• Cargar descargar y organizar equipos herramientas y materiales de forma segura y eficiente.

• No se requiere experiencia previa pero sí un interés genuino en la industria de la construcción.
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico demandante en exteriores y levantar al menos 47 libras.
• Ser responsable y puntual con transportación propia para llegar a los puntos de encuentro o proyectos.
• Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y aprender de manera proactiva.
• Residir en Puerto Rico - Area Oeste
