Job Summary
MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Planner/Estimator to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial Technical and Professional Employees Union OPEIU Local 4873.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and estimating structural electrical and mechanical projects
- Project Management
- Using RS Means cost estimating software or other equal cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and estimating structural electrical and mechanical projects in a large or multiple facility with highly complex mechanical electrical and structural requirements
- Project Management experience.
- Must be skilled in using RS Means cost estimating software or other equal cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.
