Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations including analysis design configuration training and post-go-live support. You will work closely with clients to improve business processes and ensure effective system integration and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ERP implementation (full project lifecycle)
- Business and systems analysis of client requirements
- Design and implementation of ERP solutions
- Client training and post-implementation support
- Mapping business processes and information flow between systems
- Identifying inefficiencies bottlenecks and duplication of work
- Re-engineering operational processes to improve efficiency
- Supporting data-driven decision-making and system optimisation
Minimum Requirements
- BCom degree (or equivalent Bachelors degree)
- Minimum of 5 years ERP implementation experience
- Experience in full lifecycle ERP projects (essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Microsoft SQL experience (advantageous)
