You will play a key supporting role in managing a significant residential portfolio while ensuring the companys high standards of service to landlords and tenants are consistently maintained.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Junior Property Manager:

• Assisting with the management of a residential rental portfolio
• Supporting with maintenance coordination and liaising with contractors
• Conducting property inspections and helping produce reports
• Communicating with landlords and tenants to resolve queries
• Assisting with tenancy renewals check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring records and compliance information are accurately maintained

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Some experience in lettings property management or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within the property sector
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a busy team environment
• Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
• Basic understanding of residential lettings desirable
• Full UK driving licence preferred for property visits and inspections
