Description
Joining Lockton Res Operations team you will support the UK-based team of Operations professionals and the International Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for a range ofgovernanceandoperational functions across the Lockton Re business. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual withpreviousinsurance experienceor someone looking to start a career in insurance within our dynamic and growing organisation.
You will report into the Market Security Manager and be based in the London office.
About the role
As a Market Security (MS) and Operations Executive you will play a key role in supporting the effective operationgovernanceand control of Lockton Res placing markets. Working closely with the Market Security Manager and the wider Operations team you will help ensure that Lockton Res market security framework is robustcompliantand consistently applied across the business.
The role offers broad exposure to market security onboarding due diligence financialmonitoringand operational governance alongside opportunities to support wider operational initiatives and projects. You will interact regularly with internal stakeholders across the business and contribute tomaintaininghigh standardsof regulatory compliance dataintegrityand operational excellence. This position is well suited to someone with an interest in market security and operations who is keen to develop their technical knowledge and build a long-term career within the (re)insurance sector.

Candidate Profile
About you
Previous(re)insurance experience advantages but not essential- Insurance qualifications would beadvantageousbut not essentialsupport will beprovidedto obtain these
- Adaptable with a desire to develop and enhance the role and the approach within the team
- Aneye for detailand a focus on accuracy
- Positive attitudeand willingness to learn
- Goodcommunicationskillswith the ability to interact effectively with partners and associates at all levels.
- Able to work independently manage workload effectively and prioritise competing demands/ objectives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
