Where Youll Make a Difference
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and payroll datasets
- Support data integrity by reconciling data between Excel SAP Power BI and Celonis
- Assist with the development and integration of value and analytics reports
- Identify document and validate data requirements needed to support business decisions
- Contribute to Project Foxtrot by supporting Payroll Accounting and Operations initiatives
- Collaborate closely with project team members to address business and data-related needs
- Help maintain structured reliable datasets for reporting and analysis purposes
- Support continuous improvement by flagging data inconsistencies and quality issues
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Ongoing university studies in Accounting Finance Business Economics or a related field
- Strong English skills (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility around studies
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced project-driven environment
- Basic understanding of general accounting or payroll processes is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC) is an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive can-do attitude
