Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise train and schedule female laundry staff to meet high performance standards.
Ensure proper handling washing ironing and storage of luxury garments linens and personal items.
Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards for all laundry processes.
Handle delicate fabrics and designer items with extreme care and attention.
Monitor and maintain laundry equipment and coordinate necessary maintenance.
Ensure accurate inventory of cleaning agents detergents and linen supplies.
Conduct regular quality control checks to avoid damage loss or errors.
Liaise with housekeeping wardrobe and estate management teams for timely service delivery.
Follow health and safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the laundry area.
Requirements
Minimum 3 5 years of laundry experience with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in luxury hospitality private estates or yachts is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with delicate fabric care pressing and stain removal.
Skills:
Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
Detailed knowledge of laundry machinery cleaning agents and fabric types.
Ability to identify fabric issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Other Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per client request).
Willing to relocate and work full-time in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
