Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing cleaning operations leading staff ensuring compliance with company standards and coordinating schedules and tasks to achieve operational efficiency.

Supervise and guide cleaning staff during daily operations
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards
Assign tasks prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules
Train and support staff on cleaning techniques and safety practices
Report operational issues and provide improvement recommendations
Communicate effectively with clients and management

Requirements

Experience: 23 years in a similar supervisory role (cleaning industry)

License: Valid driving license

Language: Arabic or English
