What youll be doing

  • Drive strategic account management and long-term partnership development: You are not hunting for one-off deals. You are building relationships that last.

  • Spot market trends emerging regulatory changes and industry needs translating them into commercial opportunities for QbD: Act as the first point of contact for your clients and find creative solutions to their problems. From idea to patient you help them navigate the journey.

  • Lead consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Identify and win new clients across Europe focusing on mid-size and large Medical Device and IVD companies. You know these people. You will use that.

  • Manage your pipeline daily in our CRM. Accurate follow-up is not optional here it is part of the job.

  • Initiate and run sales activities to hit your objectives. You take ownership of your numbers.

  • Expand your network by taking an active role in industry associations conferences and MedTech events.

  • Collaborate closely with QbD consultants your sales colleagues HR and marketing. At QbD we do sales together with you in the lead.

  • You report to the Senior Business Development Manager MedTech

What you bring

  • You have 10 years of commercial experience in MedTech specifically in Medical Devices and/or IVD. This is a senior hire and we will not consider profiles with fewer than 6 years in a similar role.

  • You have an active real client network at mid-size and large MedTech companies. This is the single most important thing we are looking for. We want to hear names not stories.

  • You have a track record in complex consultative service sales. You have sold complexity not just products. Ideally regulatory consulting quality services or clinical projects.

  • You are commercially fluent in the European MedTech regulatory landscape and can credibly talk MDR IVDR and quality system standards with R&D QA and RA stakeholders.

  • You are a self-starter with pipeline discipline. You thrive without micromanagement and you never skip the CRM update.

  • You hold a masters degree in a scientific field combined with commercial flair and a lot of common sense.

  • You are willing to travel to our QbD HQ in Antwerp once a month for team meetings strategy sessions and internal collaboration. Where you are based in Europe is flexible.
