About the role

Were looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our growing team at Teamtailor. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop within payroll and people operations in a fast-paced international environment.

In this role youll take ownership of payroll administration for Sweden while supporting global payroll processes. Youll work closely with our Payroll Specialist and play an important role in ensuring a smooth and accurate employee experience.

What youll do

• Manage payroll administration for Sweden including:

  • Insurance and benefits

  • Absence and leave management

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

• Support and administer payroll-related processes for employees within the Swedish entity

• Assist the Payroll Specialist with payroll processes for other countries

• Ensure accuracy compliance and timely delivery across all payroll-related tasks

• Contribute to improving and developing payroll and administrative processes

Who you are

• A recent graduate or early in your career (junior profile)

• Detail-oriented and structured with a strong sense of accuracy

• Curious proactive and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing dynamic environment

• Fluent in English & Swedish
