What you will do:
Analyze key risk indicators such as PnL prices volatilities correlations and VaR and perform sensitivity analysis.
Assist in PnL explain and risk decomposition identifying key market drivers.
Collaborate with Risk Front Office IT and control functions to support daily processes.
Support the development of data pipelines tools and dashboards to enhance Middle Office processes.
Contribute to model monitoring validation activities and the pricing/valuation of trading portfolios.
Develop data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Streamlit.
Liaise with the Swiss Risk Analysis team to ensure consistency in methodologies and data flows.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in Quantitative Finance Mathematics Physics Engineering or Statistics.
23 years of experience in quantitative analysis risk management or related fields.
Basic knowledge of financial instruments (Futures Swaps Forwards Options) and quantitative modeling techniques.
Programming skills in Python and SQL with a willingness to further develop technical capabilities.
Interest in financial risk management market risk methodologies (e.g. VaR stress testing) and commodity markets (gas and power trading).
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure Databricks) and data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong teamwork mindset proactive attitude and effective communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
