Duties and Responsibilities:
Temperature monitoring in line with ACOP L8/HSG 274 Control Regimes
Water sampling in readiness for laboratory analysis
Shower cleans & disinfections
TMV servicing calibration & replacements
CWST Clean & Disinfections
CWST & Water Heater inspections & surveys
Pluming remedial works dependant on experience & qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Full driving licence
Excellent timekeeping
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good basic understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 Part 2
Ability to complete paperwork & make recommendations from Service Visits
A keenness to progress and take on additional training
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (essential)
Be able to pass an enhanced DBS
Working for us means:
The salary is up to 34000 per year depending on your professional experience
Overtime - Monday to Saturday at 1.5 Sunday at 2
Holidays - 25 days 8 statutory days
Company Van & Fuel Card
Probationary Period 6 months
Pension Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months - Employee 5% and Employer 5% via salary sacrifice
Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation
Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment
Notice 1 week during probation increasing to 1 month thereafter
