About the Role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality BTEC Business qualifications at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. You will be responsible for:
Vocational Leadership: Delivering BTEC Level 2 Tech Awards and Level 3 Nationals ensuring students develop practical business skills.
Portfolio Excellence: Guiding students through rigorous coursework and internal assessments ensuring all work meets the high standards required for Outstanding outcomes.
Innovative Instruction: Using real-world case studiesfrom global tech giants to local start-upsto engage students in the mechanics of finance marketing and management.
You will join a faculty that understands how to teach boys effectively utilizing competitive project-based and active learning strategies.
